Stephanie helps women and young adults become steady, emotionally grounded, self-led individuals.
Her work centers on one core truth: most struggles are not character flaws. They are patterns shaped by past experiences, belief systems, and nervous system responses. She helps clients understand those patterns and change them from the inside out.
Through trauma-informed coaching, somatic integration, and faith-aligned identity work, Stephanie guides people toward:
- Nervous system stability
- Clear identity and values
- Emotional and relational maturity
- Self-leadership instead of reactivity
Clients move from overwhelmed and reactive to calm, intentional, and grounded in who they are.
Background & Training
Stephanie holds a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Child Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and completed studies in Preventative Medicine at USC Medical School.
She is certified in Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching, Trauma-Informed Positive Psychology, Brainspotting, and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, with additional training in Internal Family Systems, parenting education, yoga, and recovery leadership.
Her strength is not just in what she has studied, but in how she integrates science, somatic practice, and faith into real-life transformation.

Mary Jane brings over 50 years of experience in Christ-centered education. She co-founded the original Highlander Carden School in Dallas and has helped build joyful, structured, spiritually rich classrooms ever since.
She believes that education is a heart-centered calling. Her legacy includes mentoring hundreds of teachers, launching schools, and guiding students of all ages into confidence, clarity, and excellence.
